The Academy’s Sashimi Sword master is back from the break, and the new season already feels snappier. The kitchen-to-combat gags still land, the slice-effects read clean, and those straight-cut panels make every exchange feel sharp. We’re basically back to that smug “chef turned blade god” energy—quick set-ups, quicker finishes, and just enough academy drama to season the fights.
If you paused at the end of last season, now’s a good time to hop back in (the new run kicks off around ch.50). I’m loving the pace and the playful food/FGO-style skill flavoring—still goofy, but the choreography is tighter than before.
